Surveillance video shows a woman thrown in the air and petrol gushing from a broken bowser after a bungled drive off from Mt Warren Park Caltex.\r\n\r\nThe driver panicked and drove off, leaving his female companion literally hanging, after an alert console operator noticed his number plates didn\'t match.
